Because The Marketplace is a multi-vendor platform, items purchased in a single order may be shipped separately by different vendors.

Customers may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers for a single order.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be provided by email after your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Delays

The Marketplace is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Other events beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Marketplace is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photographs of the package and contents.
  2. Retain all packaging materials.
  3. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
