Returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently exchange items only for the same item if it arrives damaged or defective and replacement inventory is available.
